Job Opening:   

Senior User Trainer- Dallas, TX

Job Description:

• Trained and experienced with SQL software, databases.

• Serve as liaison with ISSG’s Litigation Support Staff on all litigation support tasks.

• Assist Staff in drafting subpoenas to obtain electronic data in a useable format.

• Assist in negotiating electronic discovery with defense counsel

• Set up of Summation and MS Access Databases

• Conduct relevant searches of electronic data using tools like DT Search and I-Look in order to determine relevant data to load into a program like Summation E-Docs

• Load data into appropriate software (i.e. Summation e-Docs, Ms Access, etc.)

• Provide basic training/guidance of employees on litigation support related processes and  software (Summation, LAW, Trial Director)  and coordinating in-house computer training with DC- LSS or outside vendors

• Assist staff in reviewing data and providing staff with an index as to contents of electronic media

• Assist staff in preparing and transferring databases to laptops for grand jury

• Assist staff with trial support, including preparation of exhibits, use of Trial Director or other presentation software.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Skills:

Familiar with litigation support software i.e. Summation, Trial Director, IPRO, Concordance, etc.; Superior communication skills and ability to work with attorneys and other legal personnel who have limited technical skills; Legal experience, specifically related to electronic discovery, is highly desirable; Experience with scanning software and processes. Must have SQL experience and experience coordinating/ directing other.
