Job Opening:
User Support Specialist II- Philadelphia, PA
Job Description:
The User Support
Specialist II will be responsible for preparing documents and files
for shipment to other location and has experience working in an
office environment, document preparation, Microsoft Office Suite,
inventory tracking as well as being detail oriented and sensitive to
deliverables and project timetables. Litigation support and document
imaging experience preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or some college coursework completed required.
Required Skills:
Must be hands on with
Summation, Concordance, Law, Lexis-Nexis, Ipro, Doculex, document
management, document imaging, and Excel, etc.
Schedule and Status: Full time.

Able to Obtain Clearance:
Must pass a credit and background check and pre-employment drug
screen.
